INTERWEAVE FILM SERIES 2007-08
Thursday, October 25, 6:30-9, INTERWEAVE FILM SERIES presents
THE OBJECT OF MY AFFECTION
starring Jennifer Aniston, Paul Rudd and John Pankow, directed by Nicholas Hytner, written by Wendy Wasserstein.
Young woman invites a gay schoolteacher who's just been dumped by his boyfriend to move into her spare room. They enjoy each other's company so much that she proposes a long-term, non-sexual "arrangement." Exploring the fine line between love, sex and friendship, the film is a charming, off-beat contemporary look at an alternative lifestyle. Wasserstein's script offers many keen observations on the urbane New York scene.

Sunday, February 17 @ 12:45, Summer Storm, in German with English subtitles.
